Porridge and vitamins


Now I wouldn’t normally suggest a carbohydrate based breakfast but this is what I’ve got in the cupboard. Following the instructions means 200 calories and 5g of fat with semi-skimmed. I think I’ll need to get some skimmed next week instead. A tiny blob of jam for flavour. Took the multivitamin plus a vitamin d tablet. It’s so important to keep the nutrients coming in too. Who knows if I can last all morning with no snacks until breakfast on 250 calories!
