Don’t eat late, don’t fill yourself up

So the key to weight loss is to go to bed feeling empty. Don’t eat late, don’t eat a lot for dinner. Try not to eat until you’re full, always under-eat, even if just by a little. It’s all about training your stomach to be a bit smaller.
So here’s what dinner looked like. Ended up popping a can of tomatoes in with the barley and chick peas to give it more flavour. Twas nice 🙂 looks a bit like baked beans! Although the meal looks small, the protein in the chickpeas makes a very filling meal.
