Feeling hungry, feeling slimmer

Now here’s the thing, if you wake up hungry, it shouldn’t be a negative thing, you should be happy! That means you’re dieting in a way that will get results. The problem with us people who derive pleasure from feeling full and eating is that feeling starved makes us feel really miserable. So you mustn’t over-starve yourself, its about balance, plus anytime you feel hungry and don’t snack or over eat you should pat yourself on the back and smile. It’s all part of changing your psychology towards how you reward yourself with food.
I feel slightly less bulky round the tummy today. My waist is always the place where the weight goes in short term bloating. Just eating my porridge, yum..!
