So after the good work of the week, I celebrated with a walk in the countryside. About 7 miles of pure mud! And had a great pub lunch…uh-oh! I’ve got a picture of it.
A BLT baguette with chips and salad. So how to approach this!! I dumped over half the chips on my partner’s plate then only ate the top layer of the baguette and the filling. Was still very filling but according to Google fit, I had burned off 900 cal on the walk.
Dinner was just cheese on toast (2 slices, very little cheese). Couple of sweets over the day, especially in the walk as I had a sugar low, plus an orange. So naughty day but hopefully no damage!
Today is Christmas shopping day! 🙂 yikes!
