Boredom + diet = danger zone!

So I’ve had a bit of thumb twiddling time which is when and where the temptations begin to creep in. The day started well, late breakfast of usual porridge. No snacks all morning and a brilliant chicken salad with some ryvitas for lunch. An orange for dessert.

Then the afternoon movie watching began. I ate a penguin bar, one milky way sweet…! Argh! But these things happen. Sometimes it’s like the diet makes you want more naughty things. Not helpful.

Dinner was more appetising than the photo! Two sausages (grilled), sweet potato mash and loads of steamed cabbage and carrot, topped with gravy. Had a spoon of raspberry sorbet for dessert. I felt like I ate a lot. Which is okay… As long as I’m not eating too much.
