Well today I was back on it, but I have spent much of the day feeling a bit unwell. Unfortunately it is ingrained in my psyche to eat when I don’t feel great, however hopefully I haven’t compromised the diet too much. Dinner was yum, duck leg, sweet potato mash and veg. with a yogurt for dessert. I am really not looking forward to the scales tomorrow, I definitely feel like I’m heavier (looking in the mirror, how my clothes feel) than last week… But back to work on Monday so lots of distractions to give the diet the extra boost it needs. I hope!
